Digital Marketer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across all digital channels, including SEO, SEM, SMM, SMO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to create and optimize marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and target audiences.
  • Continuously analyze and monitor the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to meet KPIs and maximize ROI.
  • Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing efforts remain competitive and innovative.
  • Manage and optimize our company’s online presence, including websites, landing pages, social media profiles, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Produce engaging and high-quality content for various digital channels to drive customer engagement and lead generation.
  • Coordinate and manage relationships with external partners, such as digital marketing agencies, influencers, and industry experts, to expand the reach and impact of our campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on digital marketing metrics, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management to inform data-driven decision-making.

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent knowledge of both Indonesian and English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM tools, as well as SMM and SMO Digital Marketing.
  • Excellent knowledge of managing Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, as well as WhatsApp.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and emerging trends.
  • Experience in content creation, including writing, editing, and visual design, for various digital channels. Strategic and creative mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven thinking, with the ability to analyze and interpret digital marketing metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Good time management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, such as KOLs.
  • A self-starter attitude and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments and continuously learning new skills
  • Good understanding of SEO, SEM, SMO, and SMM, in the context of an omnichannel marketing strategy.
