We are seeking a highly motivated Human Capital Officer to join our team. As a Human Capital Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, providing support to the business and supporting units, and managing BPJS. This role requires a strong understanding of UU Tenaga Kerja and a proven track record of success in recruitment and BPJS management.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Partner with business and supporting units to understand their needs and provide support in meeting their human capital needs.
- Ensure compliance with all BPJS requirements and regulations, including timely payment and accurate reporting.
- Maintain accurate HR records and provide regular reports to the management team.
- Continuously improve HR processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of UU Tenaga Kerja and BPJS regulations.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in recruitment and BPJS management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
